Terms Of Service.
By booking your appointment you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. We have these policies in place to ensure our day runs smoothly for ourselves and clients.
Bookings & Cancellations/ No shows
When you are booking you are agreeing to our booking policy and terms.
We kindly request 24 hours’ notice to change or cancel a booking.
If you however cancel or reschedule your appointment under 24 hours you forfeit your bookings term and conditions fee of 25% of your total service will be charged.
If you do not attend your appointment without any notification will result in 100% fee of service booked, as the spot could have been filled by another client and is loss to our small business.
If you are running late, we reserve the right to cut short your treatment time to ensure that our therapists are not running late for their following appointment.
We kindly ask that you come alone to your appointment and arrive 5mins prior to your appointment time, allowing you time to complete the appropriate consent forms by you.
Gift Vouchers
Our Gift vouchers are treated like money, we dont keep a record of them. We ask that you take care for your gift voucher and keep it in a safe place.
All gift vouchers have a 6month expiration date, from the date of purchase.
Pricing
At Skinn salon we reserve the right to change any of our services and prices at any time without prior warning or notice.
Health & Safety
Due to health and safety reasons we at Skinn salon reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments if a client is sick to protect staff and clients health.
If children are brought to appointments we ask you kindly that they are supervised at all times and they are not to be brought in sick.
Please we ask you if you are on any medication that can alter your blood or skin, or have any allergies that you please notify us when making your appointment.
If you are unsure that your medication may have a reaction to our wax or products again please we ask that you notify us when booking so that your therapist can arrange a patch test prior to treatment.
When booking at Skinn salon you agree to our terms & conditions of all treatments and services.After care will be given.
